Adult & Online Withdrawals
You can withdraw from (drop) an evening, weekend or online course without charge until the end of the first week of the session (e.g., the first Friday of classes). Saturday classes can be dropped through the Monday following the first class. Withdrawals during the second week will receive a 75% refund. Third-week withdrawals will receive a 50% refund. This applies to all session lengths.
Course withdrawals can be handled by phone or via email through the Warrior Information Network or the University Registrar. Students will then receive a confirmation email. Students who withdraw from an online course with 100% tuition refund are required to return the supplied course materials within two (2) weeks of the withdrawal date. All returned materials should be in good condition. Textbooks are provided on a rental basis and a replacement fee will be charged to the student account, if not returned within 2 weeks of the end date of each course. However, once charged, the fees can be removed if the textbooks are returned while still in use by the university.
